Today I had my first training session with the Trinity ladies and oh my god I thought I would never make it to the pitch never mind to have a training session after it...ha. Not only did I have to get the bus from Griffith I didn't know if I was going in the right direction or not. When i meet the rest of the football girl I was informed that we were going to walk another twenty to twenty five minutes to the actual football pitch. At this stage I was absolutly starving as I hadn't eaten after my long day in college...=[
Training was fun and I meet alot of new people but of course me being me can only remember about four names but hopefully I will remember more the next time. My new trainer is very nice and takes ladies GAA very seriously. I'm glad that he has such an interest in ladies football as we need as many people as possible folllowing us and our sport. I hope that I am able to continue playing with Trinity and the distance to training will not be a problem. =]
